Entering & Leaving
1, Please book a slot which allows you enough time to unload your dogs. Use the field and load up within your time slot. We generally recommend leaving the field 10 minutes before the next appointment.
2, Do not unload your dogs until its your time to do so (do not unload early or get your dogs out during other peoples session)
3, Your dog must be on a lead until inside the field with gate shut. Shut gate swifty to keep car park and all dogs secure
4, Children must be supervised at all times by an adult
5, Please ensure suitable clothing and footwear are worn. This is a field and may be muddy
6. Any damages will be charged for
7, Vehicles must be parked neatly and contents are left at your own risk
8. Gather all poop in bio-degradable bags and place contents in the site bin. Gather all your litter & place in bin
9 Dogs must be wormed and up to date with vaccinations.

1, We reserve the right to close the field at any time. A full refund will be given
2, Fields are used at the customers own risk. No responsibility can be taken for incidents within our fields
3, Electronic devices, choke chains or prong collars are not permitted
4, Professional dog walkers and groups must contact us before booking. No sub-letting of field
5, No refunds for cancellations given within 28 hours of appointment
You will be emailed with confirmation of your booking. This email will contain the date and tie of the booking. Please check your spam if you do not receive this email.

We use your email address to send you confirmation of booking and any other information you may find useful for your booking.
From time to time we may use your information to contact you for market research purposes.
We may use your mobile telephone number to contact you via text message to arrange key codes . key collection or if we have a question regarding your arrival time /booking
We will not contact you via a telephone call or a letter to your home address unless it is for an emergency, we have been unable to contact you via email/text message or if you have requested us to do so.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place both physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
We will not share your information with a third party unless there is a legal reason for doing so.
